Terms of use

By using Domain Statistics you agree to these terms.

Data is provided as-is

Reports are built automatically from public sources — registry RDAP services, the DNS, the websites themselves, the Internet Archive, Common Crawl and the Tranco list. Those sources can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and our checks can fail or time out. We provide the information as-is, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Check anything important with the original source.

Estimates are not advice

The worth and traffic figures are rough estimates produced by simple published formulas. They are for interest only. They are not a valuation, an appraisal or financial, legal or investment advice, and you shouldn’t rely on them when buying or selling a domain. “Apparently available” means only that a registry had no record when we asked.

Fair use

  • Don’t use the site to look up large numbers of domains automatically, to overload it, or to get around its limits.
  • Don’t submit domains in order to harass anyone or to make our bot visit websites for abusive purposes.
  • Reports may be hidden, removed or blocked at our discretion — for example when a domain owner asks.

Third-party data and trademarks

Registry data, archive data and ranking data belong to their owners and are shown with credit for information purposes. Domain names and brand names in reports belong to their respective owners; their appearance here doesn’t imply any connection with us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
